I was very saddened by the news that Elizabeth Edwards' cancer has returned. Though I am an Obama man, I have been a supporter of theirs for a long time. I still have the response letters that John Edwards wrote me when he was in the Senate. I was probably ranting about the war or some other thing that Bush was doing terribly wrong. Probably the 2000 election as well. Anyway, it's just awful news. Her cancer can be treated, but never cured. I hope she's able to live a long comfortable life.
